Bought 3 iphone 12 of the “excelent condition” type, at a good price. The shipping was fast, arrived in two days. Two of the phones were as expected, no visible scratches, battery at 86%. But the third one had a non official screen replacement (warning shown in ios settings), and the front camera had sub par quality. I didnt expect that for a phone in “excelent” cond.The seller was quick to respond and willing to process a refund, which I got quickly after shipping the phone back free of charge.

The phone is great cosmetically and works well, but there’s a notification in settings that I can’t remove because the seller used non-OEM replacement parts. Despite them stating it is listed in the description, it is not. “Excellent” condition states it works like new… I wouldn’t exactly consider warning notifications in settings working like new. However, they did offer a full refund if returning. Since it’s for my daughter, I will keep it, but here’s your warning for non-OEM replacements.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
